Founding Partner

Gabriel A. DiLeonardo, Sr., Esq. is the founding partner of DiLeonardo Law LLC. He has focused his practice on personal injury, workers' compensation, motor vehicle accidents, Uber and Lyft accidents, underinsured and uninsured accidents, slip and fall accidents, dog bites, products liability, civil litigation, and social security disability claims. In addition to his plaintiff's injury practice, Mr. DiLeonardo handles various business related matters such as commercial litigation, real estate, business contracts, and corporate formation.

Kevin Shaw, Esq.

Partner

Kevin is an experienced litigator with over 10 years at the Delaware Bar. He has extensive experience with both defending and litigating personal injury and toxic tort matters, providing injured clients with compassionate representation and strong advocacy. Additionally, he provides business advisory assistance including non-consolidation opinions, incorporation advice, and mitigating litigation risk.
