Kevin Shaw, Esq.
Kevin is an experienced litigator with more than 10 years at the Delaware Bar. He has extensive experience both defending and litigating personal injury and toxic tort matters, providing injured clients with compassionate representation and strong advocacy.
On the business side, he provides advisory work including non-consolidation opinions, incorporation advice, and mitigating litigation risk. Kevin also works in bankruptcy litigation, commercial litigation, First Amendment cases, and director and officer liability matters.
